Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to final delivery, crafting seamless and impactful user experiences.
• Lead the design of intuitive, scalable solutions that blend self-service simplicity with enterprise-grade capabilities.
• Work directly with Uplifted’s VP of Product to influence and shape the overall product experience, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Highlight challenges and opportunities in the product experience while maintaining a problem-solving mindset, driving innovative and actionable solutions.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate clear design solutions and facilitate effective collaboration.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency and quality across the platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements and skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping applications for web or mobile.
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional interaction design skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver polished, high-quality designs.
• Proven track record of owning and driving design projects from concept to execution.
• Ability to design scalable solutions that cater to both self-service users and enterprise customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and proactively create solutions that align with business goals.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for UI design and prototyping; experience creating and maintaining design systems is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS B2B solutions and data-driven design methodologies; experience with AI-powered design tools is a bonus.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions clearly and compellingly.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments, with a proactive mindset to fill gaps and drive projects forward.
